Energy Ball Recipe

The perfect snack, or dessert if you have a sweet tooth but want to keep it healthy.

For one serving:

  • 1tbsp of oats

  • 1tbsp of protein power

  • 1tbsp of flaxseed

  • 1tbsp of pumpkin seeds

  • 1tbsp of almond butter / peanut butter

  • 1tbsp of maple syrup

And optional but for me non negotiable

  • 1tsp of chocolate chips

Your macros:

352 calories, fat: 16.2g - carbs: 38.5g - protein: 13.5g

It literally takes 5 minutes max, you mix all the ingredients, now you can roll them into 4 equals balls or just with your spoon eat out of the bowl.

It count as one serving for a snack, now just grab one ball if you have a sweet craving after a meal.
